Knot in oak breakfast bar

I have an oak breakfast bar which has a knot in it - not a complete hole, but I'm concerned the cracks will collect dirt if not filled. I'm treating the bar with Osmo top oil. How do folks recommend I fill it?

I'd go with epoxy, it's tried and true and looks good
